New Craftsman Construction Hammer
I got my hands on the new “Craftsman” Heavy Construction 38061 Hammer (click on link to view) this weekend. It has a patented drop forged head and handle. I played with it awhile and it has really has good balance. The rubber handle will provide good shock absorption.
Construction workers will like the magnetic nail holder. I like the nail holder on this hammer much better than the one on the Dead On Construction Hammer (click on link to view). The pocket is much deeper and the magnet is stronger than any I’ve previously used.
One of the best things I really like is the side nail puller. This trick little feature will give the user a lot of pulling power to get a nail to move that first 1/4 inch. After that the straight claw will make short work of pulling the nail.
My Sears only got two, so I am assuming they may be a little hard to get for the time being. You can go here 38061 Hammer and set up an email notice from Sears. They will let you know when they are available.
I have at least 14 hammers, but I can really see a use for this one. So I’ll have 15 real soon.

Hi
I just read your comment on BANS Niche Stores on someone else’s site and was just wondering if you think they are worthwhile? I have heard that the idea is to set up around 200 niche sites and hope to get around $1 or $2 a day from each. Do you find this works as a strategy and is BANS worth the time and money ? $97 is not particularly cheap and I would hate to go out and get BANs just to find that it is one more good idea that doesn’t really work. Any info. would be much appreciated. Thanks. Vic

It is easy to get 1 to 2 dollars a day from a BANS site. With a little work and understanding of niche markets and long tail keywords you can easily make 10 to 20 a day AVERAGE from your sites.
The key to making money with BANS or any other honest way on the internet is to understand niche markets and keywords. I would suggest reading all the BANS blogs you can find and joining Wealthy Affiliate. Go through the training at Wealthy Affiliate, ask questions in the forum and learn, learn, learn. This combination will let you get BANS up to the level of making good money.
