I’m sorry about the delay in posting new tools.  Two weeks ago I had chest pains and spent 4 days in the hospital while the doctors tried to figure out what caused them. 

The good news is I did not have a heart attack.  After a hundred tests including and Angiogram they determined I had a little heart blockage but not enough for stints or surgery.

Of course I am now on blood pressure pills, cholesterol medicine, and a bunch of other stuff.   But with diet and exercise I will be ok.
